Loose Leaf Oolong Tea

Whether offering toasty, mineral rich notes like our Wuyi Rock Oolong or the stonefruit and orchid excellence of our high mountain Phoenix, our gallery of organic, loose leaf Oolong tea covers a lot of ground. Grown in the high elevations of Taiwan and Fujian China, Oolongs are partially oxidized teas (from 8 to 80 percent) whose leaves are subject to a delicate process of fermentation, withering and rolling. Each tea master's methods of cultivation, preparation, and processing are unique and differ widely according to their terroir and tradition.
