No. 10, Jasmine Silver Needles


These silver needles are heat-infused with the essence of jasmine flowers over a period of several days. This delicate tea provides a crisp, jasmine flavor and aroma, gently wrapped in a bed of hay, brewing a light apricot liquor. 

Origin: Fujian Province, China 2019

Brewing Instructions: 

  • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water 
  • 180ºF/82ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 3 minutes, and proceed.) 
  • Brew 4-6 minutes 
  • Good for 2 infusions
