Another graceful and meticulous organic masterpiece from Mr. Konishi.  One might venture to say heavenly.  Hand-plucked young buds reveal a light, fresh and herbaceous cup with delicate, articulated floral notes, suggestive of orchid and a sustaining, uplifting energy.  Profound clarity and elegance.

Produced without chemical pesticides or fertilizers. Organic. Packaged in 57g nitrogen flush sachets.

Origin: Kawanehon, Haibara District, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan - 2023

    • brewing

      • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water  
      • 160ºF/72ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 5 minutes, and proceed.)  
      • Brew 2-4 minutes  
      • Good for 3-4 infusions
