Somewhere over the course of the perfect long and languorous lunch you're sipping this delicate and quenching organic iced tea. Fragrant, gentle notes of ripe summer peach and a touch of dusky lavender usher in a gentle calm that washes over your very being like river of golden honey. Anyone can see that you are enveloped in the radiant, golden glow that accompanies the perfect afternoon. You commit to making this a "lifestyle".  A few bottles of crisp white wine chill in the sea, and the promise of a hammock lingers in the air.

Makes 4 gallons (64 eight ounce servings), includes 5 filter bags for easy brewing.

Cold Brew Method: Combine 1/2 cup tea leaves with 1 gallon filtered or spring water. Cover and let sit at room temperature for about 4 hours, or to taste; strain and chill. Makes 1 gallon. 

Quick Brew Method: Bring 3 cups filtered or spring water to a boil; let cool 3 minutes.  Put 1 tablespoon tea leaves in a heat-proof container. Pour water over leaves. Add one cup ice cubes, and stir to combine.  Makes 1 quart.
