No. 68, Yilan Green

A beautiful, vibrant Taiwanese green of considerable depth and flavor, this organic green is created from milk oolong cultivar no. 12. Crisp notes of nectarine dance across the palate, as well as dried mango, green papaya, orchid, and maglia rosa tomato in addition to evocative notes of mace, steamed snow pea and lightly toasted wheat.
Created by tea master and Taiwanese treasure, Fu Chen, this articulated leaf enjoys a long, cooling finish, sweet on the palate with a delicate astringency and lively, sustaining energy.
