Take the cure with this health and wellness blend to support the respiratory system and soothe away your aches and chills. Eucalyptus and mullein flower help to calm and support the respiratory system while ginger warms and soothes from head to toe.  

Ingredients: Eucalyptus, lemon peel, ginger, mullein flower, star anise, chamomile 

  • Brewing Instructions

    • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water  
    • 195ºF/90ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.)  
    • Brew 5-10 minutes  
    • Good for 2-3infusions
