No. 12, Le Hammeau is a lyrical, herbal blend evocative of a wild-flower meadow, and one of our original, best-selling blends.  Egyptian lemongrass and verbena refresh and soothe with the addition of lavender, rose petals, mint, and sage. Refreshing and light-hearted, this caffeine-free tisane may be enjoyed all day. Delicious iced as well as hot, we recommend garnishes of thin slices of orange and a sprig of just plucked mint, sage, or lavender. (Very Marie Antoinette meets Manon of the Spring.)

  • ingredients brewing

    EU compliant lemongrass, lemon verbena, chamomile, lavender, rose petals, mint, sage, and natural essence

    (Traditional Steeping):  

    • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water  
    • 195ºF/90ºC  (Bring cold, fresh spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 30 seconds, and proceed.)  
    • Brew 4-6 minutes  
    • Good for 2 infusions
