zhangpin shui xian oolong

  • Wild Flower Honey
  • Orchid
  • Lingering Sweetness

This lightly roasted Fujian oolong is a rare and quietly extraordinary find. Spring-harvested leaves, minimally oxidized and deeply expressive, yield a nuanced cup layered with warm notes of wildflower honey and luminous orchid.

Following tradition, the tender leaves are pressed into wooden molds, dried slowly on wooden trays over ash, then wrapped in a delicate paper cloak, a method that preserves both structure and fragrance while allowing the tea to travel and age gracefully.

The infusion is supple and resonant, unfolding with floral depth and a lasting sweetness that lingers softly at the back of the palate. Like all finely crafted oolongs, Zhangpin Shui Xian rewards patience and may be enjoyed over multiple steeps, each revealing new dimensions.

Each Atelier Bag contains five hand-pressed briquettes.
