Sun-dried and hand-shaken, the leaves open to notes of honey, wildflowers and a suggestion of stone fruit,  a tranquil sweetness layered with the gentle warmth of age.  Good for 6-8 infusions.  Each Atelier Bag includes 5 briquettes.

This aged white tea unfurls with a soft floral-honey warmth that deepens beautifully with each infusion. The liquor is clear and golden, its texture silken and mellow, carrying the mountain’s subtle mineral freshness beneath a lingering, natural sweetness. A contemplative tea combines the tranquil grace of aged white tea with the quiet complexity of Wuyi’s storied terroir.

Harvest: May 2023; Cultivar: Qun Ti Zhong; Ancient Trees, 80+ years

Origin: Guwankeng, Tongmuguan, Wuyishan

Elevation: 1000m.  This tea is organic and processed without pesticides. 

    • brewing

      • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water 
      • 205ºF/96ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring or filtered water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute and proceed.) 
      • Brew 2-3 minutes 
      • Good for multiple infusions
