Our organic hibiscus tea, or Flor de Jamaica, as it is known in Central America, is crafted from the dried crimson petals of the hibiscus flower. This ravishing, scarlet-hued brew, pleasantly tart and high in vitamin C, is equally delicious hot or over ice. Allegedly, Cleopatra adored hibiscus tea, believing it to enhance her legendary beauty. Viable or not, it tastes divine as a base for blending or as a treat all its own.

    • Brewing Instructions

      • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water 
      • 185ºF/85ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.) 
      • Brew 5-7 minutes 
      • Good for 2 infusions
