Two swoon-worthy Herbal Chai Favorites to warm your cup and soul. Hindu Holiday, a rooibos-based chai - fragrant, creamy and soothing with notes of cardamon, cinnamon and rose petals -  and Canyon Chai, a turmeric-based chai - warming, spicy and naturally energizing with notes of ginger, black pepper, clove and fennel seed - are the perfect caffeine-free duo for any time of day. Enjoy on their own, or in a creamy latte.

This ravishing collection is packaged in two of our signature yellow (or French blue - see photo below), handcrafted traveler caddies and sent with white grosgrain ribbon and care - each caddy 4 3/4" tall, holding 7oz/199g of Canyon Chai and 3.5oz/100g of Hindu Holiday.


Brewing Instructions for both teas: 

  • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water  
  • 195ºF/90ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.)  
  • Brew 5-10 minutes  
  • Good for 2 infusions 

Hindu Holiday Ingredients: Organic fair trade rooibos, organic ginger, organic cassia, organic cardamom, organic flower petals, and natural essences. 

Canyon Chai Ingredients: Organic turmeric, organic ginger, organic cassia, organic cardamom, organic black pepper, organic fennel seed, organic flower petals, and natural essences.
