An intoxicating elixir, the chai of the moment. Our organic turmeric chai is fragrant, spicy and completely addictive. Full of strong anti-inflammatory compounds, notably curcumin, turmeric has been embraced for its health sustaining properties by Ayurvedic practitioners for centuries.  Perfect on its own or in a creamy latte, before work or after yoga, Canyon Chai is a powerful addition to your wellness regime. Beautiful chai spices include cardamon, smoked black pepper, ginger, fennel seed, cinnamon and clove. A dash of rose petals and calendula add a lovely hit of floral and flourish. (It's a staff favorite.) caffeine-free

Ingredients: organic turmeric, organic cinnamon, organic ginger, fennel seed, organic smoked black peppercorn, rose petals, organic cardamom, organic cloves

    organic turmeric, organic cinnamon, organic ginger, fennel seed, organic smoked black peppercorn, rose petals, organic cardamom, organic cloves

    • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water  
    • 195ºF/90ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.)  
    • Brew 5-10 minutes  
    • Good for 2 infusions
