Bai Rui Xiang translates to White Winter Daphne. A rare yan cha or 'rock tea' rich in complex floral notes of fine incense, tangerine, leatherwood honey and the traditional minerality of the wu long produced by the Wu Yi terroir of North Fujian. This yan cha, or 'rock tea', is harvested by hand in the Wu Yi Ecological Preserve.

This exceptional Bai Rui Xiang is sourced from a small family garden in the Wu Yi mountains of Fujian. This tea is purchased in small quantities and is a limited edition selection. Grown without pesticides or fertilizer
