This organic BOP (Broken Orange Pekoe) black tea is a heavyweight in the history of Indian black teas. Its bright and full-bodied flavor finishes smooth, and it is often used as a base for chai blends. Certified fair trade.

Brewing Instructions
- 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml
- 195ºF/90ºC (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.)
- Brew 2-4 minutes
- Good for 2 infusions
