About No. 48, Pic du Midi

An alpine herbal blend, warming and uplifting like a piste-side tram, with reviving notes of mint, ginger, and currant. Inspired by the vaulted peaks of the Pyrenees, a rugged landscape of icy lakes and wide skies, this aromatic tisane is perfect for a mid-hike picnic. Pair with a wheel of camembert, a saucisson from Monoprix, ancient woolens, and a nap. 


    • ingredients brewing

      Organic mint, organic black currant leaf, organic ginger, and natural essence

      • 1-2 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water  
      • 195°F/90°C  (Bring fresh, cold filtered or spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.)  
      • Brew 5-10 minutes  
      • Good for 2 infusions
