A fragrant and elegant non-pesticide Japanese green tea, harvested during the first flush of spring, this tea offers a delicate sweetness, rich with oceanic notes and a lingering fresh grass finish.

The rare Asanoka cultivar produces an elegant cup, well-structured, resonant and clean. A wonderfully elevated sencha experience for all moments of the day.

    • Brewing Instructions

      • 1-2 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water  
      • 170ºF/76ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 5 minutes, and proceed.)  
      • Brew 2-3 minutes  
      • Good for 2 infusions
