About Matcha Sifter

Preparing the perfect bowl of matcha requires a few essential tools. Employing a fine-mesh stainless steel strainer to sift the matcha creates a finer froth. Also, because static electricity naturally creates clumping in the matcha, which will not dissolve in water, sifting will eliminate this issue.
