A hibiscus and spice-infused love potion to keep you warm this weekend!

Corazon Hot Toddy
Makes 6 servings

2 cups water
3 tablespoons Bellocq ‘ Corazon de Cien Fuegos’ loose leaf tea
2 tablespoons Fragrant Orange Sugar (Recipe Below)
7 drops Orange Bitters (optional)
Cinnamon Sticks, for garnish
Thick Strips of Orange and Lemon Peel, for garnish

1. Bring water to a boil. Add Corazon de Cien Fuegos tea. Brew 7-10 minutes. Strain. Add sugar; stir until dissolved. Garnish with Cinnamon sticks and citrus peel. (Particularly good with a splash of aged rum too!)

Fragrant Orange Sugar
Makes 1 cup

1 cup granulated sugar
The zest of 1 organic orange, zested finely on a microplane.

1. Combine sugar and orange zest in a small bowl, blending well with your hands until incorporated.
