          Delicate Complexity ~ Vegetal ~ Lingering Sweetness 

Tian Mu Qing Ding is a lovely organic green tea from northwest Zhejiang Province. Located on the eastern coast, west of Hangzou, Zhejiang is humid and subtropical, and one of the major tea-producing areas of China.  

A delicate green, Tian Mu presents with gentle vegetal notes that give way to a complex sweetness reminiscent of sweet potato and a finish that reminds one of wild flower honey, or perhaps, palm sugar.  Brews to a clear, light liquor.

Origin:  Lin'an County, Zhejiang Province, China

Picking Standard: one bud with 1-2 leaves.

    • Brewing Instructions

      • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water  
      • 175ºF/80ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 3 minutes, and proceed.)  
      • Brew 4-6 minutes  
      • Good for 3-4 infusions
