No. 65, Wild Keemun, Early Spring

Delicate, long twisted black leaves from the mountains of Anhui, this remarkably fine black tea is rich with delicate floral and chocolate notes. Keemun is a relatively new tea, only in production since the 19th century.

  • Brewing Instructions

    • 1-2 tsp per 8oz/250ml  
    • 185ºF/85ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 2 minutes, and proceed.)  
    • Brew 4-6 minutes  
    • Good for 2 infusions
