No. 58, Darjeeling 1st Flush, Namring Upper Tea Estate FTGFOP1

One of Darjeeling's oldest estates, Namring Upper Estate is located in the Teesta Valley, and has been in operation since 1855.

Harvested in early March 2021, this delicate first flush of twisted green leaves and downy buds is delightfully smooth with notes of wild flower honey, stone fruit, and orchid. Gentle notes of tender spring greens give way to a lightly astringent and extensively, fragrant finish.  This mellow, amber-hued brew enjoys a gentle, pleasant energy.
