Ibusuki Kyusu


Ibusuki Kyūsu Round Teapot with side handle is handcrafted in Tokoname, Aichi Prefecture where is known as the biggest production center for teapots in Japan.   The Ibusuki kyūsu teapot is yakishime wood-fired with non-glazed matte finish. Over time, the piece will develop a beautiful patina and radiance, and absorb the aroma of the tea, which will develop a richer tea flavor with each steep.
