Limited No. 51, Anji Bai Cha


A recently discovered cultivar from Northern Zhejiang, this elegant Chinese green tea of fine, slender tips and prominent notes of fresh snow pea is simply exquisite.

Anji Bai Cha is a Bellocq Limited Tea. It has been purchased in a small quantity and is available only from our tea atelier and online. 

Origin: Zhejiang Province, China 

Brewing Instructions: 

  • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water  
  • 175ºF/80ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 3 minutes, and proceed.)  
  • Brew 4-6 minutes  
  • Good for 2 infusions
