The plucking standard of Gong Mei, one bud and two-to-three leaves, creates a complexity and depth that resonates long on the palate and throat. 

This exceptional Gong Mei is sourced from a small family garden in the Wu Yi mountains of Fujian. This tea is purchased in small quantities and is a limited edition selection.
