These expressive and elegant tips of Chinese black tea showcase a symbiotic relationship between production and brew. Yunnan Golden Tips are famously rust colored in appearance flecked with white plushy down. The tippy nature of this tea makes the liquor velvety with no astringency in tow, boasting a beautifully crafted copper hue. Upon first sip one is particularly taken by the roke of burnt wood nestled between wild mushroom and musk. Even so, it is the lasting blue chicory flower honey that keeps the palate entranced for multiple infusions. 
Origin: Yunnan Province, China 2021

  • brewing

    • 1-2 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water  
    • 195ºF/90ºC (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.)  
    • Brew 4-6 minutes  
    • Good for 3-4 infusions
