No. 27, Keemun Panda


This organic full-bodied black tea, prized for its sweet, earthy flavor and floral notes, also produces a touch of smokiness. The brew yields a deep red liquor. 

Origin: Anhui Province, China  

Brewing Instructions:  

  • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml  
  • 195ºF/90ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.)  
  • Brew 5-7 minutes  
  • Good for 2 infusions
