Sweet Potato ~Lingering Sweetness ~ Wild Mushroom
This lightly processed puerh, harvested in Lin Cang County, is air-dried indoors for four days after the harvest. It has a distinct flavor profile one associates with Yunnan: notes of fleshy sweet potato, honey, sweet hay, and loamy, rich earth.
White Puerh Buds is a Bellocq Limited Tea. It has been purchased in a small quantity and is available only from our tea atelier and online.
Origin: Yunnan Province, China
Amount: 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water
Water Temperature: 195ºF/90ºC
Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil.
Brew 4-6 minutes
All puerh may enjoy multiple infusions; for each successive steep, slightly increase brewing time, being careful to drain vessel in it’s entirety before adding fresh water to the warm leaves.
