No. 28, Himalayan White

An elegant, autumnal white tea from the foothills of the Himalayas. Smooth, supple notes of fresh hay and oat straw, wisteria, muscatel, bamboo shoot and wild flower honey make for an extraordinary, organic brew. Elevating and cooling on the finish, this naturally oxidized white tea of mixed clonal cultivars is crafted with minimal human intervention.

Jun Chiyabari is a small, organic estate founded by brothers Lochan and Bachan Gyawali.  Their unique and complex teas are reflective of the innovative philosophy and practices the Gyawali’s have embraced to deliver some of most well produced teas coming out of the Himalayas.
