A beautiful, lightly oxidized organic (white) tea from Fuding, Fujian Province, China. Highly prized, this first-flush harvest of downy, plump buds of the Camellia Sinensis, var sinensis (cultivar: Fuding Da Hao) provides a smooth, lingering, sweetness reminiscent of fresh, clear hay. Careful, considered handling and processing produces elegant, gentle tea leaves and clear, quenching, apricot-hued brew.
