Crisp notes of nectarine dance across the palate, as well as dried mango, green papaya, orchid, and maglia rosa tomato in addition to evocative notes of mace, steamed snow pea and lightly toasted wheat.

Crisp notes of nectarine dance across the palate, as well as dried mango, green papaya, orchid, and maglia rosa tomato in addition to evocative notes of mace, steamed snow pea and lightly toasted wheat. 
Created by tea master and Taiwanese treasure, Fu Chen, this articulated leaf enjoys a long, cooling finish, sweet on the palate with a delicate astringency and lively, sustaining energy.

Origin: Yilan, Taiwan 2021

  • brewing

    • 1-2 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water 
    • 175ºF/80ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 3 minutes, and proceed.) 
    • Brew for 4-6 minutes 
    • Good for 3-4 infusions
