Xi Shan Bi Luo Chun (translation: West / Mountain / Green / Snail / Spring) is an early-harvest, gently curled, aromatic green tea from an island within Tai Lake in the Dongting Mountains of Jiansu Province.

Highly regarded, the delicate, downy leaves produce a gentle, sweet cup with notes of dark, nourishing greens and a pleasant, lingering hint of fruit blossoms and a subtle memory of smoke from the iron wok in which the tea was fried. Exceptional.
