phoenix black

This smooth operator with full bodied notes of lychee, stonefruit and malt is the delightful result of a traditional dan cong (phoenix) wu long producer trying his hand at traditional black tea. The result is superb and sparkling, with suggestions of buckwheat, rich Deglet Noor date and Belgian chocolate.   We source this wonderful tea from small, self-owned garden in Guangdong, China an area famous for it’s spectacular Feng Huang Dan Cong (Phoenix) oolong.
