No. 68, Adisham Ceylon

Grown in the southern part of Uva Province at elevations above 5,000 feet, this organic small batch of twisted long leaf tea accentuates the strengths of a good Ceylon with a full-bodied flavor of cocoa, brown sugar, malt, and clove. 

Origin: Greenfield Estate, Uva Province, Sri Lanka - 2014 

Brewing Instructions:  

  • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml  
  • 195ºF/90ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.)  
  • Brew 4-6 minutes  
  • Good for 2 infusions
